Correct delivery information: The florist can guarantee delivery on a holiday if the order is placed in a timely manner. Most florists cannot guarantee an actual time for the delivery on a busy holiday but may be able to give an estimated time. Flower care:If you receive flowers in a container with floral foam, be certain the container is full of water every day. The water should be treated with the floral food provided by your florist. Using your finger, feel under the greens for a place where water can be added. Beginning the rose garden: Early spring is the best time to put out roses grown in nursery containers and late winter is the best time to plant bare-root roses.
