Ordering over the phone: Full service florists will take phone orders if you have a major credit card. Some florists will establish an in-house account after you have made an initial order.
Flowers for special occasions:Tell your florist if the gift is for a special occasion (birthday, anniversary or other personal milestone). He or she can offer suggestions on how to best celebrate with flowers. Personal attention: The florist you pick should give the right amount of personal attention to your needs. Choose a florist who will get to know you, keep track of your floral preferences and send reminders of upcoming special occasions.
