Flowers determine love: There is a system of pulling flowers apart petal by petal reciting “she loves me” and “she loves me not” to learn the truth about the sincerity of the significant other.

Sense of enjoyment and satisfaction: Flowers have a long-term positive effect on moods. Specifically, participants in a research study reported feeling less depressed, anxious and agitated after receiving flowers, and demonstrated a higher sense of enjoyment and life satisfaction.
