Amount of water for roses: When roses have just been planted they should be watered daily to prevent wilting. If they have been growing in one spot for some time then they should be watered deeply once a week with one-inch or more of water.
Where to put flowers:No matter what type of arrangement you have, it is important to keep your flowers off of televisions, appliances and heating/cooling units. You should also keep them away from hot or cold drafts and out of direct sunlight. Noble flowers: The four noble plants of the ancient Chinese were the Chrysanthemum, the Orchid, the bamboo, and the plum, and therefore only the upper class Chinese were permitted to grow them in their gardens.
