Planting roses: To plant roses which have been obtained from a nursery first water the rose, and then remove it from the pot. If the rose is in a paper pot cut off the bottom and remove the sidewalls so that the fine, new white feeder roots of the growing plant might be preserved.

A taste of honey: Honeysuckle flowers have a sweet honey taste but the berries of the plant are highly poisonous.
