Watering roses: Instead of watering your roses just a little bit at a time it is best to water them deeply so that the water can most effectively penetrate the roots.
Meanings of rose colors:In Victorian times flowers had assigned meanings, but even then there was much discrepancy. Today there are so many flowers and colors that this tradition no longer applies. Red roses are traditionally associated with romantic love, but this is not a universal rule by any means.
