Vitamins in flowers: Rose hips may contain anywhere from 2,275 to 6,977 mgs. of vitamin C per 100 grams of pulp which is much greater than the 49 mgs of vitamin C per 100 grams of pulp from oranges.
Flowers for ink:To make blue ink some European settlers used ground Delphinium flowers. Seeds of roses: Seed hips are not produced by all roses and not all of produced seeds will turn out to be good ones.
